The Role

End-to-end management of the recruitment process

Developing and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships

Delivering consistent results through proactive business development

Driving growth within the Engineering and Industrial sectors

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years' recruitment experience (Engineering/Industrial preferred)

Demonstrable track record of consistent billings

Commercially minded with strong interpersonal skills

Highly motivated and target-driven

Sales focused and target driven.

Package & Benefits

Competitive salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm working hours
