About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you’ll play a key part in our nurturing, child-centred environment.

  • In our Primary phase, we teach through an exciting thematic curriculum.
  • In Key Stage 3, learning is creative and cross-curricular.
  • In Key Stage 4, pupils work toward accredited qualifications supported by subject specialists.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A good or outstanding classroom practitioner (mainstream or SEN experience welcome!).
  • Passionate about supporting pupils with Autism, Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs, and diverse learning profiles.
  • Committed to inclusion and high-quality learning for all.
  • A confident communicator and a strong team player.
  • Skilled in IT and open to new learning.
  • Qualified Teacher Status — or keen to work towards it.

We welcome applicants from both mainstream and special education. A broad subject knowledge and a love for hands-on, outdoor learning are essential.
