Senior MEP Manager, Main Contractor, New Build Construction

A Main Contractor responsible for delivering exciting residential new build development projects is looking for a Senior MEP Manager [Building Services] to lead in the coordination and management of the MEP trades across a live project and another overseeing pre-construction and design activity to ensure successful completion of all MEP trade work.

In this role, you would estimate, and manage the scope of works for MEP trades during pre-construction; manage and lead all MEP subcontractors throughout the construction lifecycle of the project; ensuring design, installation and commissioning of the project is successful and in line with the project programme. Key objectives would be too add value during procurement and design to ensure VE opportunities and profitability of the project is met.
