Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire Salary: £29,344 - £44,919 Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Start Date: Immediate/ September 2025

The Role

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to support a range of learning needs

Adapt teaching strategies to enhance accessibility and engagement

Create a structured, positive learning environment where students can thrive

Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and families to drive student progress

Foster confidence and independence in students through creative teaching methods

What We're Looking For

QTS and experience teaching students with SEND

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching

Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences

Excellent organisational skills and a commitment to student development
