£40k - £45k

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (some flexibility given)

The duties of the successful Quality Manager will include;

* Take full control of Quality Assurance, design and implement quality standards

* Monitor basic health and safety & GMP and ensure that all are being upheld

* Develop and train your team of 5

* Take a lead on all reviews & audits

* Communicate with customers & raw material suppliers to ensure the very best in quality

* Be a technical support to the NPD team

* Advise on areas of improvement on quality

* Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (some flexibility given)

Experience & characteristics of the successful £40k - £45k

* Proven experience in a Quality Assurance team of a BRC / SALSA accredited food factory

* Strong IT skills

* Strong verbal and written communication

* Attention to detail
