Role: Business Relationship Executive
Location: West Midlands/Hybrid
Salary: £30,000-£40,000

Main Responsibilities:

Drive the growth of the company's online directory and attract new clients.
Promote premium services, enhancing clients' online presence through videography, web design, SEO, photography, and social media campaigns.
Engage with clients through multiple communication channels, such as phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Proactively generate leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
Upsell products and services to meet clients' specific needs.
Support the Marketing team by creating effective sales materials.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Participate in events and exhibitions to network and showcase our services.
Demonstrate proactive, approachable, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for job duties.
Hold a valid UK driver's license for potential travel.
