Global Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of our client based in Paisley, for 2x Quantity Surveyors.

Joining a team within a well established company within the Electrical and Commercial sector, the role is a full time - permanent position.

The role ;

• day-to-day lead on management of costing and estimating in line with the commercial performance within the company's frameworks/general works operations, inclusive of:

* Implementation/adherence to processes and procedures for the management of job costing

* Managing all Framework SoRs

* Correct use of SoRs for variations to scope and original works orders

* Maximising Framework opportunities such as any RPI increases

* Liaison with Operations and Admin Teams to ensure costs are accurate, profit-making, and reflective of all works carried out

* Ad-hoc reporting and liaison with Clients

* Preparation and submission of applications for payment where applicable

* Organisation, inclusion and cost-checking of subcontractor packages where required

* Assisting with regular tendering opportunities in the housing sector.
