Internal Sales

Location - Northampton

Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours - Full-time, Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing vital support that helps everything run smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

Coordinating office tasks such as preparing quotes, processing and progressing orders.

Supporting the external sales team with administrative and sales-related tasks.

Handling customer queries with professionalism and care.

Engaging in internal sales activities and supporting new opportunities.

Contributing to the team's goals and sharing in our success.

The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for someone who brings energy, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude. Ideally, you'll have:

Strong communication skills - written and spoken

Experience in customer service via email and phone

Confidence working both independently and within a team

Great organisation and attention to detail

Solid IT skills, including MS Office

Sales experience is a plus, but not essential - they will provide full training
