Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Duties:
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This includes processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with payroll. They will also support the Operations Manager with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Education:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounts or Bookkeeping qualification
- Experience with accounting software
Working Conditions:
The role is based in Hout Bay, Cape Town. The Accounts Assistant will work standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
