Job Description
As a Reading Specialist, you will deliver literacy interventions for primary-aged pupils using proven, evidence-based methods to boost reading fluency and confidence. This is an ideal role for educators passionate about purposeful education and looking to progress into curriculum leadership.

Required Experience / Qualifications

QTS via BEd, PGCE, or equivalent

Degree in education, English, or a related field

*

DBS check mandatory

*

Training in phonics or literacy interventions (e.g. Read Write Inc.) preferred

*

Strong analytical and communication skills
