Admin Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Hailsham | Shifts: 08:30 - 17:30 | (Own Transport Required Due To Remote Location)

We're looking for a proactive, organised, and detail‑driven Administrator to join our client in Hailsham. This is a key role that ensures the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office's operations whilst supporting colleagues across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go‑to person for all things admin, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Supporting internal teams with administrative tasks and documentation
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries, and preparing meeting materials
- Handling visitor management and front‑of‑house duties where required
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial admin
- Assisting with onboarding, compliance checks, and HR administration
- Ensuring the office environment is organised and well maintained

Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
