Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 per annum + great perks

Becky at JT Recruit is working in partnership with a fast-growing specialist environmental consultancy, you'll be more than “just the numbers person” — you'll be a trusted partner to the business, helping them stay on track, grow sustainably, and improve the financial processes.

This is the role where you really make your mark as this is a brand-new role for the Finance department.

What you'll be doing

* Preparing P&L, Balance Sheets and Cashflow forecasts

* Supporting budgets, forecasts and cost-saving initiatives

* Keeping the accounts accurate and up to date

* Improving processes and controls

* Processing payments

* Guiding colleagues with your expertise

What makes you stand out

* CIMA/AAT qualified (or equivalent)

* 3+ years in management/financial accounting

* Detail-obsessed but able to see the bigger picture

* Confident with Xero, Satago and Float

* Organised, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure

* A natural problem-solver with strong people skills
