An ambitious and experienced Head of Geography is required to lead a thriving department in an Outstanding school in Enfield for a full-time, permanent position commencing in September or earlier if possible. You will be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and performance of the Geography department across all Key Stages.

Responsibilities

* Provide strong leadership and management for the Geography department.

* Develop and implement an engaging and challenging Geography curriculum across all Key Stages.

* Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning within the department.

Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.

* Significant experience teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 to 5.

* Proven leadership and management skills within a Geography department.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

* A passion for Geography and the ability to inspire both students and staff.
