About the Opportunity
Leader Recruitment Group is excited to partner with an established provider of innovative care and education services to recruit compassionate Children's Residential Support Workers for a service in Melton Mowbray. This service supports children with Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering outstanding care and helping young people lead happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a caring, safe, and loving home environment for children and young people.

  • Act as a positive role model, meeting their everyday living needs, including personal care and medication administration.

  • Engage in fun activities and outings such as football, PlayStation, cycling, and baking to create positive experiences.

  • Encourage and share hobbies and interests to build confidence and joy.

  • Perform household tasks like cooking and cleaning to maintain a homely atmosphere.

  • Build trusting relationships and friendships to support emotional and social development.

About You

  • Essential:

    • Full UK Driving Licence.

    • Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins.

    • A caring, positive, and resilient nature with a passion for supporting young people.

    • Experience in care, youth work, or supporting individuals with disabilities or autism.

    • Willingness to learn and develop through provided training.
