The Role

SGIS Sector Systems Manager

This is a hybrid role based throughout the UK as long as you can commute to East Leake when necessary working as a Sector Systems Manager for Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions.

What we are looking for is someone with:

Commercial experience, pricing, and sales strategy

Track record of successful new product or service development

Experience with Leadership of cross-functional team

Experience with Influencing and communicating across departments within a business.


Management role in business-to-business sector

Project Management experience

Category and portfolio management

Experience in customer facing role

What will I be doing in the role?

Supports the acceleration of SGIS growth through the identification of sector customer needs, regulatory drivers, and performance requirements for system solutions.

Define the SGIS sector systems offer and ensures it is technically and commercially competitive.

Through collaboration with Sector and Portfolio teams, identify system and portfolio gaps and opportunities for development.

Support the sales and specification teams in communicating our systems offer, developing sales argumentation and positioning and training sales teams to ensure this is understood and can be used to gain Sector specifications and sales.
