An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adviser Development Manager to join a growing wealth management firm in London. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about developing Financial Planners and driving high performance in a supportive and professional environment.
The RoleAs Adviser Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 10 Financial Planners. You’ll provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management, helping advisers to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service to clients.
You will also hold a small book of quality clients, providing financial advice at a high level, but your primary focus will be on the development and success of your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of the advisory team
- Set and monitor KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
- Deliver tailored coaching, mentoring, and training programs
- Work with senior leadership to implement growth strategies and best practices
- Ensure high standards of client service and regulatory compliance
About You
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial planning, investment advice, or wealth management
- Proven success in leading and developing adviser teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance
- Qualified to at least IAD level; Chartered status is advantageous
- Comfortable with modern financial planning tools and CRM systems
