Position: English Teacher
Pay: £190 - £210 per day 
Location: Enfield
Start From: ASAP-Until Easter with the possibility of extending until academic year.
 
GSL Education is looking for a Teacher of English to teach at a brilliant and nurturing SECONDARY school in Enfield. The school offers a competitive salary and space for professional development. Key responsibilities and tasks:

Provide highly effective teaching and learning opportunities as an English teacher that take into account each child's specific needs.
Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 English
Ability to teach some GCSE Media
Normal teaching hours
Will be on duty rotas (lunch/break/before and after school)
Planning and Marking required
Create, maintain and enhance effective working relationships with staff.
Maintain an effective system of record keeping, reporting and communication with parents and students to ensure that the aims relating to each student's progress are achieved.
Provide leadership that secures the delivery of high standards and attainment for all students and be responsible for the organization, management and control of your classes.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A creative and inspiring personality
Strong collaborative skills and flexibility in teaching methods
Enthusiasm and motivation as an English Teacher to instil confidence in our students
An updated CV with an enhanced DBS
Great communication and interpersonal skills
