✨ Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support to pupils in the classroom and small groups

Work with teachers to plan and deliver learning activities

Support children with special educational needs (SEN), including one-to-one interventions

Assist with assessments, progress tracking, and reporting

Help create engaging and interactive learning resources

Promote positive behaviour and support pupils' social and emotional development

Supervise children during playtimes, lunchtimes, and school trips when required

Maintain safeguarding and child protection standards at all times

✨ Person Specification

Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally in primary education

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or primary curriculum

Ability to work with children with varying needs, including SEN support

Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

Patient, caring, and proactive attitude
