Ivy Resource Group are currently working with a reputable residential housebuilder to recruit an Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager to join an active housing development in the Gloucestershire / Worcestershire.

This is a site-based role on a live residential scheme of approximately 40 plots, with clear progression opportunities into a Site Manager position.

As Assistant Site Manager / Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of the build, ensuring quality, programme, and health & safety standards are met through to handover.

• Managing finishing trades and subcontractors

• Overseeing plot completions to a high standard

• Ensuring works are completed in line with programme and NHBC requirements

• Carrying out quality checks and snagging

• Maintaining health & safety standards on site

• Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations

• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Essential:

• Proven background in residential housing

• Experience managing finishing stages on housing developments

• SMSTS

• First Aid at Work

Desirable:

• Looking to progress into a Site Manager role

• Strong eye for detail and quality

• Working hours: 7:30am - 5:00pm

• Travel: within approximately one hour of site

• Site-based position

• Role is live and urgent, with interviews and offers moving quickly

Salary - £40,000 / £45,000 + Car allowance
