Engineering Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an Engineering Manager has arisen to work for an international organisation based in the Kent area.

Salary - Up to £67,000 basic salary, dependent on experience + Great package + Bonus

Hours - Monday - Friday (Days)

Location - Commutable from Rochester, Kent

Skills required for the job of Engineering Manager

* Leading and developing a team of shift engineers

* Managing a budget for the engineering department

* Take ownership of Health & Safety, paperwork and compliance on site.

* Championing continuous improvement and root cause analysis within the department

* Overseeing several small projects

* Strong leadership experience required for the role
