As a nurse within our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting physical recovery and emotional wellbeing.As a Physical Health Nurse, you'll:

• Carry out physical health assessments for patients on admission
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure care plans reflect accurate health needs
• Document patient interactions and escalate clinical concerns where necessary
• Provide guidance to fellow nurses on managing chronic conditions, screening protocols, wound care, and more
• Offer training to staff on health monitoring tools 
• Uphold dignity, compassion, and professionalism in every patient interaction

What You'll Bring: We're looking for a qualified Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) or a Mental Health Nurse / Learning Disabilities Nurse with:

• NMC registration and post-preceptorship experience
• Minimum two years in physical healthcare
• Knowledge of chronic disease management and general physical health conditions
• A positive approach, commitment to continuous improvement, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to mentor or complete mentorship training within 12 months
