Morson Projects' sister company Waldeck are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to join their growing team. We're looking for an organised and proactive individual with a passion for administration and a willingness to travel to join our busy enabling function, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive environment and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Please be aware that as part of this role you will be required to conduct a 2-week training block towards the start of your employment, and you will need to undergo National Security Vetting and therefore do need to be a British Citizen who has been resident in the UK for the past 5 years. This role does also require regular monthly travel to our network of offices, including but not limited to; Peterborough, Sheffield, Manchester and Birmingham.

The Role:

* Amend documentation as needed to keep processes up to date.

* Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors.

* Chase outstanding actions from trackers to ensure timely completion.

* Attend meetings related to operations and compliance as required.

* Help maintain safety equipment stock including PPE and first aid supplies.

* Compile and maintain registers for certifications, risk assessments, NCRs, and approved suppliers.

* Co-ordinate with external contractors for facilities maintenance, such as electrical works and fire detection systems.

* Assist with the preparation of tender/submission documentation.

* Maintain records to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Please note that the above list of responsibilities is not exhaustive.

About You:

* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a technical environment.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Willingness to travel for training and regular site visits.

* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software.

* Familiarity with external audits and compliance processes, as well as experience with procedure writing and preparing for audits would be advantageous.
