Curriculum Development & Quality Assurance Manager: Education / Professional Qualifications

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Location: Remote: any UK location

An established international professional organisation is seeking a Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance Manager to support the development and global delivery of professional education programmes.

This is a senior role responsible for maintaining high educational standards, developing curriculum frameworks and overseeing quality assurance across international training partners. The successful candidate will work closely with sector stakeholders to ensure professional qualifications and learning programmes remain relevant, robust and aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and review of professional qualifications and short courses
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with international qualification frameworks and industry standards
  • Oversee quality assurance processes for accredited training providers
  • Conduct due diligence and approval of new training partners
  • Work with international stakeholders and sector experts to support continuous improvement of professional education programmes

About You

Educated to degree level, ideally at master's level or similar post-graduate training, you will bring significant experience in curriculum design, education quality assurance or professional training, ideally within higher education, professional bodies or professional sector-based education.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of qualification frameworks and/or TVET or competency standards
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, ideally across international environments
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills

Experience or knowledge of logistics, transport or supply chain would be advantageous but is not essential. HEA or equivalent teacher status will also beneficial although not essential.

  • Professional bodies or membership organisations
  • Qualification framework development or competency standards
  • Education or training roles within logistics, transport, supply chain or related sectors
