The Company:

Our Leicestershire based clients specialise in the design and manufacture of Point of Sale and Retail solutions for well know consumer brands across a multitude of sectors.

Working within a business where clients are there top priority, they require an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager or Account Director who can manage existing accounts to an exceptional standard but also through their experience as an Account Manager working with clients - bring new clients to the door and help build long-lasting partnerships with them.

A key requirement of the Account Manager role is a strong and sound knowledge of POS and the ability to support clients and in house teams, from the initial creative brief through all stages of development and manufacture, with a good all round understanding of different processes.

The role/Candidate

* A minimum of 3 years' experience working in the POP/POS/Retail Display sector at Account Manager level.

* Proven experience managing multiple client accounts, pro-actively acting on opportunities to grow accounts as well as identifying and sourcing new clients

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills

* Works well with internal colleagues, able to provide clear and concise client briefs for the design team/project managers

* Focused and goal driven with a proven track record of delivering a consistent stream of revenue through developing client relationships and proactively winning projects with new clients.

* Experience working with clients in diverse business sectors.

* A strategic thinker with an understanding and appreciation for creativity.

* Strong commercial capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset
