Inbound Enrolment Advisers required in Brighton.

Red Flag Recruitment are looking for driven, goal-oriented individuals who are experienced in engaging effectively with customers and achieving objectives.

The role as an Inbound Enrolment Adviser is to communicate with prospective customers and guide them through the application stages using a consultative process.

Skills & Requirements of an Inbound Enrolment Adviser:

  • BA/Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • 2+ years of prior experience within a customer service/telephone based related role.
  • Experience in Higher Education preferred, but not essential.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ambitious, hard-working and team oriented.

Benefits of an Inbound Enrolment Adviser:

  • Modern office based in Brighton.
  • Starting salary of £21,000 PA with team bonuses.
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • Business hours: 09.00am - 5.00pm.
