We're working with a welcoming primary school in Grays who are on the hunt for a brilliant HLTA to join their team this September. It's a full-time role, perfect for someone who loves variety, values teamwork, and is confident leading groups or stepping into class cover when needed.

You'll love this role if you:

Are a qualified HLTA (or have equivalent experience)

Know your phonics from your fronted adverbials

Can support teachers across the school, from small group work to whole-class cover

Bring energy, patience, and a big heart to every school day

Want to work in a friendly, inclusive school that values its support staff
