Join our dynamic team as an HCM Compensation & Benefit Consultant, where you will be instrumental in driving ambitious growth and pioneering positive change in the industry. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud, looking to leverage their expertise in a vibrant and supportive environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Own the end-to-end solution for specified HCM modules from initial conception through to configuration and testing.
  • Document business requirements, configurations, and transformational goals to achieve client objectives.
  • Support the Solution Architect and Project Manager in managing scope, plans, and budget.
  • Lead your area of the project in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with client senior stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for the specification and documentation of functional and integration designs and extensions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing multiple industry clients.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud design, configuration, and implementation, with at least 2 completed end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefit projects.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fast formulas.
  • Evidence of appropriate Oracle vendor formal training, skills development, and certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex and time-sensitive projects.
  • Strong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
  • Ability to engage and respond effectively to client’s senior stakeholder groups.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% if necessary.
