Our client is looking for a senior Storeman with extensive experience in workshop store department functions and truck and truck trailer parts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop store department.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet workshop needs.
- Process and fulfill parts and materials requests from technicians and other departments.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of all parts and materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order and replenish stock as needed.
- Utilize computer systems to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
- Train and mentor junior store staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a workshop store department, with a focus on truck and truck trailer parts.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
