Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs? Academics is currently recruiting for committed SEN Teachers to join supportive schools across Halifax and Bradford on a temp to perm basis.

We are looking for adaptable and compassionate teachers who can deliver engaging, accessible lessons to pupils with a wide range of additional needs. You will be working within nurturing school environments that prioritise pupil wellbeing, personalised learning, and strong staff support.

• An enthusiastic and motivated SEN Teacher with a genuine passion for inclusive education

• Experience working with Special Educational Needs (desired but not essential)

• Strong behaviour management and the ability to tailor lessons to individual needs

• A positive, proactive approach and excellent communication skills

• Paid to scale in line with national teaching pay

• A dedicated consultant providing ongoing support

• Clear pathways to permanent employment through temp to perm roles
