This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our friendly and growing Marketing team.

As a Marketing Administrator you will play a key role in driving lead generation support, the development of our CRM base, and market research to support the successful delivery of the Marketing function in the business.

Salary: £23,000 per annum

Hours of Work: Full Time, 37 hours per week

Marketing Administrator Duties:

  • Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities
  • Process customer and sales enquiries, over the phone, email and via online chat
  • Support on Marketing activities including producing reports, social media
  • Become a CRM super user, managing the data cleansing, input and reporting
  • Carry out market research on target customers, sectors and competitors
  • Creating Marketing email campaigns
  • Develop a good understanding of the industry
  • CRM support for the internal telemarketing function
  • Communicate regularly with the Marketing Manager and Sales team for a good understanding of current focus’ for the business, offering support and input where needed
  • Review of tender portals for lead opportunities and tender support
  • Support with planning and attending events as required
  • Answering phone calls, managing the enquiries mailbox and raising POs
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
  • General Marketing reporting and administration duties

Marketing Administrator Requirements:

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and professional Marketing Administrator to join our busy team. You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the drive to improve existing processes and add value to the team.

  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrator role
  • Experience in a B2B Marketing and/or Sales environment is preferred
  • Confident, personable and proactive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn, to adapt and add value
  • Confident and efficient in managing multiple projects at one time
  • Proficient with MS Systems; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM systems
