The successful candidate will be joining a highly reputable and forward thinking organisation where your efforts will be recognised and rewarded.Working as a Regional Care Trainer for Hales, your main responsibilities will include supporting our branches in Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham, Bradford, Leeds, Gateshead, and Stockton and organising and delivering the Company's training and development plan.You will carry out training and development needs analysis in line with statutory and legislative requirements/standards and provide support and encouragement to all trainees during the training/development period.
