We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, inclusive nursery setting in Birmingham that is looking to welcome a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to their enthusiastic and supportive team.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

*

Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework

*

Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities to promote all areas of development

*

Foster a warm and inclusive environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn

*

Track and record children's progress using observations and assessments, contributing to their individual learning plans

*

Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through daily communication and formal meetings

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues and support room leaders to create a cohesive and consistent team environment

*

Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies to ensure the wellbeing of every child

Person Specification - What We're Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must have

*

A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Education

*

A minimum of 6 months' experience working with children in a UK nursery or early years setting

*

A sound understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles

*

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

*

A genuine passion for early childhood education and the drive to make a lasting impact

*

A valid DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one through us)
