Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Secretary Administrator to join our team!
Should live within 5-10 mile radius of Oceanside, NY.
Monday-Friday (9 am to 5 pm)
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Data and Order Entry
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Customer Service
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Manage records and information
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced office.
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
