Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Middlesbrough based client who are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, works well in a team, and possesses a confident telephone manner. The successful candidate will be process-driven, with keen attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Day-to-day of the role: - Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, providing high-quality service and support.
- Manage and process client requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update records and databases with client and valuation data.
- Coordinate and liaise between lenders and valuers to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilise email and other IT systems to perform tasks efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Process-driven with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- General IT knowledge and proficiency in using email and office software.
