ACCA are recruiting a Content Lead to join our Learning and Commercial team on a full-time basis for an 18-month fixed-term contract. We are flexible on the location of this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and learning to share their subject matter expertise and create a meaningful impact to thousands of learners.

The Job

Reporting to the Digital Education Delivery Lead, your key responsibilities will involve the following:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of a suite of eLearning courses
  
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure eLearning solutions are delivered in alignment with industry best practices
  
• Provide timely and accurate responses to content-related queries, course corrections, and technical support requests from learners
  
• Lead the annual syllabus updates process, scoping, storyboarding, reviewing and quality assurance of course builds
  
• Lead efforts with the new course design and implementation under the future ACCA qualification
  
• Work closely with the content and publication team, as well as the professional qualification team, to ensure course content alignment with syllabus learning outcomes
  
• Support the Digital Education Delivery lead as required on other ad hoc tasks.
  

The Person

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a professional accountancy qualification, specifically understands the ACCA qualification and exams
  
• Familiarity with designing and delivering eLearning courses
  
• An awareness of best practices in learning design
  
• A real passion for education and learning
  
• A friendly, confident and engaging personality, able to communicate effectively and professionally and build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders
  
• Expertise in leading syllabus updates for course content
  
• Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiative
  
• Strong desire to meet customer need and deliver the highest level of customer service
  
• Technical video production and editing capabilities (preferable).
