I am working with a professional services company who are looking for a pro active marketeer who has a passion for customer experience and user journeys. You will have a great knowledge on Conversion rate Optimisation, with a good understanding of how to approach, measure and assess CRO tests. You will support in the optimisation of all websites across the companies portfolio to deliver a best in class CRO programme.
** Explore and understand the customer experience and user journey, identifying how CRO can improve performance
** Explore and keep fully informed of CRO best practices that the company can trial and test
** Analyse UX behaviour and performance across the website portfolio
** Develop and manage a robust testing programme to improve conversion rates
** Report on key performance metrics weekly
** Report on test learnings and insights with key stakeholders
** Clear results of A/B testing to identify what working and not
What we need from you:
** Previous experience in CRO
** MUST have Optimizely programme experience
** Ability to demonstrate clear understanding of UX/UI user journeys across online channels
** Knowledge of performance marketing
** Hands on experience of online testing techniques and tools
** Highly organised and great communicator
** Familiarity with Wordpress and Hubspot would be great!
** Previous B2B experience would be desirable
