Salary: £32,000 - £44,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audits, mentoring junior colleagues, and building strong client relationships, while continuing to develop their own skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading audits from planning through to completion
• Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing training and support
• Managing client relationships and delivering excellent client service
• Assisting in the development and growth of the audit department
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting and auditing standards

Skills & Experience:

• ACA/ACCA Qualified or Finalist
• Minimum of three years’ experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Strong audit experience gained within practice
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
