CBW Staffing Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an electrically qualified Maintenance Engineer to work for an established FM Service Provider at a high-end commercial office in Tower Hill, London. The successful candidate will hold C&G Level 3 Electrical qualification and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This is a sole engineer role within the on-site maintenance team. The individual will be responsible for carrying out all planned and reactive building maintenance across the tenanted area. Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
Emergency lighting tests
Air Handling Unit's
Building Management Systems
Air Conditioning equipment
Cold Water systems
Heating and Ventilation systems
Emergency lighting
Fan Coil Units
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
Escort / organise sub contractors
Attend client meetings if required
Ensure site log books are kept up to dateRequirements

Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3
City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
