About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Banbury. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that stock is received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and wider operations team, you'll help maintain a safe, organised, and productive environment while supporting the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to company standards.

* Load and unload deliveries, checking items and reporting any discrepancies.

* Assist with tank building and order preparation.

* Follow stock rotation procedures (e.g., FIFO) and maintain correct product placement.

* Keep work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free at all times.

* Report damaged goods, missing items, or stock issues promptly.

* Support stock counts and cycle checks as required.

* Adhere to all health and safety policies and manual handling guidelines.

* Provide assistance across other warehouse areas, including dispatch and returns
