Call Centre Advisor, Gloucester, Temporary contract, £10.00 to £11.00 per hour D.O.E

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Call Centre Advisor to join our friendly and fast paced Gloucester office - immediate start available! You will join us on a full time temporary basis and In return you will receive a competitive starting hourly rate of £10.00 - £11.00 per hour depending on experience plus free onsite parking / ease of access for public transport.

As our Call Centre Advisor you will support the growth and retention of a profitable business by providing a helpful and professional approach to customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enhance existing sales call centre or administrative experience!

Key responsibilities as a Call Centre Advisor include

- Ensure only the best possible service is delivered whenmaking and taking calls from our customers on their insurance policies

- Deliver great customer service to our customers in every interaction

- Proactive with inbound and outbound calls

- Deal with incoming phone, email and system enquiries

- Processing policy amendments

- Processing of daily tasks including uploading incoming work, provide new business quotations, light touch renewals, chasing outstanding information on policies, lapsing renewals

- Resolution of queries

- Working as part of a team

- Work in accordance with company's service standards

Requirements of a Call Centre Advisor include:

- Previous sales call centre experience (essential)

- Previous administration experience required (essential)

- Positive and friendly telephone manner

- High attention to detail

- Strong customer focus

- “Can do” attitude

- Highly motivated and organized

- Kind and considered manner
