Our Mansfield office is growing, and we are currently looking for a happy, motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our dedicated and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and nurseries in the region.

* Source, interview, and vet high-quality education professionals.

* Match candidates to both temporary and permanent roles.

* Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.

* Work towards monthly targets and KPIs with integrity and professionalism.

* Keep accurate records in line with safeguarding and compliance requirements.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

* Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or account management (education sector experience is a bonus but not essential).

* Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a can-do attitude.

* The resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
