We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Sales Consultant to join us at an exciting brand-new residential development launching next month. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a premium project from the very beginning.
THE ROLE AT A GLANCE
- Contract Type: Temporary Assignment - approx. 6-8 months
- Start Date: End of March / Early April
- Working Days: Thursday to Monday
- Hours: 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 (reflected into day rate)
- Commission: Per-plot commission paid in addition to basic salary
- Development: 12 premium new homes priced from £800,000 to £1,100,000
ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT
This prestigious development comprises 12 beautifully designed homes in the upper price bracket, offering an exceptional opportunity to work with high-value purchasers in a boutique sales environment. You will be the face of the development, delivering an outstanding customer journey from first visit through to legal completion.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A minimum of 2 years' on-site new homes sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the new homes sales process, from reservation through to legal completion
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Full computer literacy, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Must reside within a 10-mile radius of the development (essential)
- Professional, well-presented, and confident working with high-net-worth purchasers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on-site
