Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Develop and maintain a varied client portfolio including SME’s, OMB’s and larger group structures.
• Proactively monitor client needs including upselling and cross-selling different service lines where needed.
• Support on business development activity including attending new client meetings with senior management.
• Ensure the accurate production and delivery of year end accounts including taxation reviews and submission of statutory accounts.
• Provide effective tax planning services where needed – including on advising on structures and other notable schemes.
• Lead and develop a small team including setting objectives and bespoke personal development plans.

Person specification:

• ACA / ACCA Qualified
• Previous experience of working within Accountancy Practice (essential)
