· Effective Communication: Utilize clear and professional communication channels, including phone, email, online chat, and in-person interactions, to assist customers seamlessly.
· Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with internal teams to relay order changes, confirmations, and cancellations, fostering cohesion and efficiency.
