Description

The HR Assistant will be responsible for:

Supporting the HR Advisor with the management of employee relations cases
Drafting employee relations related letters
Providing administrative support to the HR team, including updating and maintaining the HRIS
HR query resolution, escalating when necessary
Reviewing, updating, and implementing policies and procedures
Participating in HR related project work
Assisting with payroll
Managing the end to end recruitment process
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and third party recruitment agencies
Advertising job vacancies
Headhunting and screening candidates
Assisting in the interview process
Managing the offer process
Leading the onboarding and induction process, including conducting right to work checks
Ensuring employee training is up to date
Training delivery
Any other ad hoc duties as requiredProfile

The successful HR Assistant will have:

A proven track record within a similar role
CIPD L3 and above
A solid understanding of employment law and legislation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to work well under pressure
The ability to adapt to changing priorities

A salary of up to £30k
Working hours 8:30-5, Monday - Friday
Hybrid working (after successful probation period)
23 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
