Senior Marketing Executive



About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to take ownership of marketing activities across several locations. You'll ensure all campaigns meet regulatory and brand requirements while creating targeted, localised plans to achieve business objectives.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, working closely with senior managers, partner marketing teams, and external agencies to produce impactful campaigns and measurable results.



Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver data-driven, commercially focused marketing plans to support sales and aftersales targets.
Act as a marketing consultant to site managers, identifying and leveraging opportunities in each territory.
Ensure compliance with all marketing guidelines and industry regulations.
Work with agencies to create engaging, high-quality customer communications.
Extract, segment, and manage data from CRM and DMS systems for campaign execution.
Maintain best practice in customer data management.
Monitor campaign performance, report on ROI, and recommend improvements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical and solutions-focused, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in marketing campaign planning, KPI reporting, and budget management.
Comfortable producing content for regulated industries.
Knowledge of industry compliance requirements (e.g., FCA) is an advantage.
Experience within the motor industry is desirable but not essential.


Qualifications

A-levels or equivalent, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related subject.
CIM qualification (desirable).
