I am currently supporting an excellent client, who are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication across the wider business.
This role will require discretion and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
Executive Assistant (PA to MD)
Duties:
- Manage the MD's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritise emails, calls, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the MD when appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings.
- Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist in drafting internal and external communications.
- Assist in organising company events, trade shows, or product launches.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Design) to ensure alignment with the MD's priorities.
Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, PA, or similar role.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
