Recruitment Solutions in Exeter are working with an established business seeking experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join them on the Domestic Cleaning team.

As a Cleaning Supervisor your job role will incorporate the following tasks

* Carrying out inspections of homes for potential new clients.

* Starting new clients and quality checking their first clean, following up with clients for feedback.

* Training new members of staff and assisting with their development.

* Ensure staff are carrying out their work in a professional manner.

* Attend Client meetings.

* Carry out random quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.

* Supervising large one off/spring cleans.

* Covering staff absences and assisting on cleans where required.

This position is working Monday to Friday, 09:15 to 15:45. The hourly rate is £14.50 p/h. Based in Exeter

Due to the nature of the role it is expected that you will have your own transport and you must either possess or be able to get a DBS.
