Service Manager - Domestic Violence Services

Location: Derbyshire

Lead life‑changing services for survivors of domestic abuse. We're seeking a committed Service Manager to oversee frontline delivery, drive improvements, and lead a passionate team.

What you'll do:

Manage and support frontline staff and advocates

Ensure safe, high‑quality, trauma‑informed service delivery

Monitor performance, manage risk, and oversee casework

Strengthen partnerships across local agencies

Contribute to service strategy, development, and innovation

About you:

Experienced leader within domestic abuse, safeguarding, or related sectors

Skilled in risk management and multi-agency working

Strong communicator with organisational and motivational skills

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
