Position: Occupational Health Advisor (Full or Part-Time, Permanent)

Salary: Up to £45,777 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week

Holiday: Starting with 28 days plus Bank Holidays

What you’ll do:

• Manage a diverse caseload, including complex cases
• Support employee return-to-work processes
• Handle sickness absence management
• Conduct health surveillance and pre-employment assessments
• Contribute to the continuous development of the Occupational Health department

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience in occupational health nursing
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• Strong communication and case management skills
